WATERMARK PAPER

A watermark is a motif created in the mass of the paper as a result of controlled changes on the paper machine. The watermark is created using a special metal cylinder called a “dandy roll” on a flat paper screen. The dandy roll is produced directly in the paper mill. Paper with a watermark is produced in weights from 50 to 250 g/m2. The motif and the dandy roll used for it are the property of the customer, or it is possible to use “universal” motives that our company owns.

In addition to making various commercial deeds and other important documents secure, watermarked paper can be used to create a prestigious image for large corporations, offices and state authorities. At the same time a watermark is one of the essential elements of anti-fraud protection for paper.
