PAPER MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM

Brand-new Paper Machine Control System was put into operation in June 2010. Supplier of System is Emerson Process Management, s.r.o. in cooperation with Protagon, GmbH. Modern Control System is based on DeltaV platform which allows prompt and exact measuring of physical attributes of paper. Results are gained thanks to procedural setting and using of intelligent appliances. Trouble-free and immediate identification of processes and their exact regulation and operating are the best guarantees for elimination of defects in production. Measured values use unique algorithm to store and backward browsing of parameters of paper for past few years. This Paper Machine Control System ensures high quality of produced security papers and satisfaction of final customer.

Neograph® a.s. has become a producer and supplier of hologram and holographic foil with specialization for security paper application.

DRUPA 2008

From May 29 till June 11 Neograph participated on the World´s largest exhibition for paper makers and printers - DRUPA 2008. It is already a tradition, that Neograph has become a regular exhibitor and also next DRUPA 2012 will not be an exception!

Last DRUPA was for our company an enter into the „first league“ of Security paper mills and the following interest confirmed us, that is was right step. Since that moment our company made a huge progress in own research and development, security, technology, quality norms (ISO), know-how and much more. That´s why DRUPA 2008 was supposed to be a great final for everyone in Neograph. Not every security paper mill could bring on Drupa own complete watermark know how, world wide unique and patented security features, unlimited (not only) self-security converting possibilities, express delivery times and many other favours for all our current and new customers. And this all in house! Already during the exhibition and based on the surprising interest from skilled visitors and customers we realized, that DRUPA 2008 was a success and our company definitively underlined our strength position and is looking forward to the next future growing.

During the DRUPA 2008 came to our booth visitors from more than 110 countries and already during the Drupa we concluded new strategic partnerships.

WATERMARK VISIBLE UNDER UV LIGHT- UNIQUE !

This new product introduces a mix of the traditional (classic) production technology of watermarked paper with an innovative process which produces a “shining” watermark visible in UV light. We have thereby created a unique effect allowing high levels of protection with fast and easy verification. It is possible to combine this protective method with other security elements.

ARCHIVE PAPER / CARDBOARD

This new generation of archive paper / cardboard that we have developed meets the highest quality and safety standards and at the same time fully complies with all the particulars prescribed by the norm ČSN ISO 9706 and the regulation Nr. 646/204 Coll., § 5 that was issued by the Ministry of Interior on 13th December 2004. We guarantee users of this product an archival permanence and stability of up to 500 years. The product contains the watermark „Infinity“ to prevent confusion with other products.
